Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License Reciprocity Process
Reciprocity is another pathway to SLP licensure in Minnesota. The process allows those holding a current and unrestricted SLP license in another state or territory with equivalent licensure requirements, to attain a license in Minnesota. Below is a list of requirements for each applicant.
- Completed application
- Completed Records Waiver Authorization and Release
- Completed Verification of Credential Form from states in which you currently hold or have held an SLP license
- Proper licensing fee according to SLP Fee Schedule
The application will be processed within 30 days of the Board receiving all necessary documents. Continue to check the Health Occupations Program Credential Lookup database daily to find out if your license has been issued.
