Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License Reciprocity Process
The board has a list of “Endorsement Approved States”. This list allows SLPs who hold a license in one of these states to apply for licensure in Georgia. The license must be current and unencumbered for your application to be considered.
Please be sure to send in the following documents with your application for licensure endorsement:
- A completed and notarized application
- $120 fee
- Verification of current license
- Background consent form
- Documents of disciplinary action (if applicable)
- Secure and Verifiable Document
- Affidavit of Citizenship
- Immigration Documents (if applicable)
The board will review your information and you will be notified via e-mail of your licensure status.
