Minnesota Department of HealthRenewing your full, permanent license online will cost $200 every two years and require 30 hours of continuing education (CE). Find approved courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, and other eligible activities on ASHA’s and the Minnesota Speech-Language-Hearing Association’s (MSHA) website.
Use the CE Reporting Form to record your hours, and keep them on hand for at least four years. The Board can ask for them at any time and you don’t want to be caught without them as the result can be a revocation of licensure.
